Picture 2: BMP Platoon Drives to the Coast

One platoon of BMPs sought overwatch positions on progressive ridges just inland of the coast road, while the second BMP platoon went off the road as soon as possible, and down the embankment to drive south along the coast itself. Unhappily, they were spotted doing this. Thermals gave the US forces are real advantage.
